Knee lift
Begin standing with your elbows up and your fingers touching. While holding your arms in that position, alternately raise each knee to touch your hands.
Waistline trimmer
Begin standing with your legs apart. Extend one arm to the side and lean in that direction, keeping the other hand on your waist. Continue in this manner, alternating sides.
Tummy tuck knee pull
Begin in a standing lunge with your arms extended in front of you. Bring your back knee forward as you swing your elbows back, then return to your lunge. Complete a full set before switching sides.
Dancing twists
Begin in a standing position with your legs together and arms extended to the side. Jump and twist your feet to the left, landing with your knees bent. At the same time, pull your left hand to your chest, leaving your right hand extended. Continue in this way, alternating sides.
