- Sleep Week is March 8 to 14, 2026, and it serves to educate the public on the importance of sleep and its benefits for your overall health.
- We’ve rounded up over a dozen of the top brands that have mattresses, pajamas, sleep tech, and more on sale during this week and through March.
- We have two exclusive discounts for Prevention readers: 20% off Saatva mattresses, and 20% off everything at Cozy Earth. See below for how to redeem them.
Sleep is as important to your health as diet and exercise, and because there are a lot of products out there that claim to help you sleep better, we spend a lot of time putting them to the test. Now that it’s National Sleep Month (with Sleep Week on March 8-14), we think it’s a good time to take stock of your bedtime habits and your sleep setup, and make some upgrades.
What Is Sleep Week?
In 1998, the National Sleep Foundation established Sleep Awareness Week, an event timed to coincide with the start of Daylight Saving Time that aims to highlight the importance of sleep for your overall health and wellbeing. Every year, the organization releases poll results about how Americans feel about their quality of sleep. Long story short: It could be a lot better.
Often, our editors’ favorite bedding and sleep brands will also offer special sales and discounts during Sleep Week to help shoppers invest in getting better rest. We’ve found that it’s a great time to score new sheets, mattresses, and even sleep-related tech, which is why we’re bringing you a few of our favorite Sleep Week sales, below.
Is Sleep Week a Good Time to Shop?
Yes! Many of the best bedding and mattress brands use Sleep Awareness Week (and the month as a whole) as an excellent reason to offer sales on everything you need to improve your sleep habits. From mattresses and pillows to pajamas and noise machines, I’ve rounded up more than a dozen noteworthy deals, many of which we’ve tested ourselves. Just note that many of these deals are only around for one week, so don’t miss your chance to save big.
Heads up: Two of these discounts are exclusive to Prevention readers!

Even Amazon is getting in on the savings this Sleep Week. I own a set of these affordable Mellanni microfiber sheets and love how lightweight and durable they are. (These are the sheets I sent my oldest to college with, too.) We named this Bedsure the best overall in our review of heated blankets. And if you’ve been meaning to try melatonin for sleep, see what our editor had to say after testing Olly sleep gummies.

They stay in my ear all night, and I appreciate the gentle wakeup.” You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for them, too.
