Daylight savings is here, which means you’ll have more sunlight to start running and walking outdoors again. As an editor who loves running and walking, I’m ready to restock my favorite pairs of Brooks sneakers for the arrival of spring. If your closet is full of shoes that have seen their share of miles, it might be time to upgrade your own sneakers—and I’ve found steep markdowns on so many Brooks shoes, including pairs that have been editor-tested (and loved).

Brooks is one of our editors’ favorite sneaker brands for walking, running, and just about every type of activity—but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for paying full price. In March, you can score plenty of different styles and colors on sale for up to $50 off. Not sure where to start? Luckily, I have tested a ton of them and have thoughts on which Brooks shoe deals are best.
My current go-to pair of walking shoes are my Glycerin 22,; they’re on sale right now for up to 30% off. I reach for them for all my workout classes (they add a little bounce to HIIT), and for many of my daily walks because they offer a good balance of support without adding a lot of bulk. As a typically slower walker and runner, I actually feel a bit speedy in these, even if I’m just running errands.
I’ve also been wearing the Ghost 17 lately, and we found a rare flash sale on this coveted shoe at Dick’s Sporting Goods for under $100. I frequently walk more than 20,000 steps a day in them and recently ran a 5K a RunDisney race around EPCOT in them, and even though the shoes were brand new, my feet never hurt once; I love the soft midsole that gave me a bit of bounce in every step. Don’t just take my word for it: This was rated the best Brooks shoe for plantar fasciitis by podiatrists and is a favorite of Senior Commerce Editor, Charlotte Lewis Finigan.
While I was sporting the Ghost 17, my mom spent our girls’ trip to Disney wearing the Ghost Max—which also happen to be on sale in a few colors. She’s also struggled with foot issues and found them super comfortable and supportive.
The Adrenaline GTS 22 is another editor-favorite, also beloved by Jennifer Garner, which we spotted at 29% off on Amazon. They’re a solid all-around shoe, with enhanced arch support, which is key if you’ve got ankle issues or tend to over-pronate. And if budget is your biggest consideration, the Launch 11 sneakers are the lowest-price model I’ve found this month at just $87. They have a neutral support and minimal cushioning, so they’re great if you only plan on walking or jogging short distances.
