I don’t ever really need an excuse to stock up on Hoka’s cushioned and supportive shoes, but Memorial Day sales are a great time to do it. Most of us at Prevention wear them constantly because they make commuting, running, and long walks a breeze. We are particularly fond of the podiatrist-approved Bondi 9 for its ultra-cushioned comfort, and its pillow soft insoles that help reduce aches and pains in our creaking joints during long hours. The stylish silhouettes aren’t just functional, though, they also look chic with pretty much any outfit in addition to providing unmatched comfort and stability. (There’s a reason I spend every month poking around the corner of the internet to see if there are any Hoka deals worth jumping at).

Whether you are a runner, walker, or in need of a high-quality shoe at a discounted price to add to your sneaker rotation, you are going to want to add these to your cart with haste. Hoka is offering up to 30% some of its biggest styles this holiday weekend.
The Bondi 9 are currently 20% off in several different colorways on Hoka’s site and on third-party site Zappos. This podiatrist-approved shoe is the brand’s most popular walking shoe for its thick cushion and arch support that makes standing on concrete a breeze. I personally love them and have been wearing them around New York City since last May, and they remain as comfortable as ever (and are my top choice for standing at concerts to reduce next-day aches and pains).
The biggest discount we unearthed, though, was a rare 35% on the lightweight Mach 6. This editor favorite is known for its sleek silhouette and cushioned insole that has massive energy return. So much so that it helped our editor improved her race score and shaved minutes off her mile.
Another notable shoutout is the Clifton 10, which one of our editors loves as her go-to Hoka shoe. “The rocker style really helped propel me forward, and these will be my go-to shoes for running on any terrain,” she said during her in-depth review of the kicks. “I also found this version of the shoe great for running on concrete, and more supportive than the Clifton 9s, thanks to the newly updated design that seems to really keep motion in mind.
None of these for you? You can always browse Hoka’s sale section to see if there’s something extra there for you, too.
