But did you know that along with stylish accessories and workout clothes, Lululemon also offers a variety of comfy shoes and sneakers? We previously reviewed the Beyondfeel running shoes (which we loved), and now we have our eye on the brand’s newest launch: slip-on shoes. Despite just arriving on the scene, the ZenMode Mule and Flat Mate already have reviewers raving that they’re the “absolute best” and “most comfortable” shoes ever.
Both slip-on walking shoes are designed with ultimate comfort and support in mind. The ZenMode Mule, which comes in a slip-on mule style and in three different colors, “combines buttery-soft fabric, contoured support, and an anatomically informed fit for all-day comfort,” according to the brand. It features a memory foam layer that provides a soft, supportive landing in every step—complete with a plush, smooth upper and a PU foam sockliner.

The comfy shoe also comes designed with medial arch reinforcement to offer support, along with a subtle rocker shape that helps create forward momentum. Plus: The versatile design features a soft, elastic heel strap that holds your foot securely in place, which you can also fold into the shoe to wear as a slide.
The Flat Mate boasts an even sleeker design with a “second-skin feel.” Also coming in an easy slip-on style, this shoe offers balanced comfort and support with a firm EVA midsole that’s layered with soft Ortholite foam. It features a flexible matte upper with a soft and smooth lining, along with microsuede lining in the heel that helps hold the foot securely and comfortably in place. Not to mention: This shoe comes in four chic color options and also has a heel tab for easy on and off.
Although these shoes were just recently launched by Lululemon, shoppers are already starting to rave about them in the reviews. In fact, many swear the ZenMode Mule is the “most comfortable shoe” they’ve “ever worn” and say that they’re especially great for post-workout recovery.
“This is one of the best post-workout recovery shoes I’ve ever worn,” one customer wrote. “I was looking for a shoe that I could wear after intense workouts and this one delivers. Amazing arch and heel support that feels like I’m walking on a cloud. The shoe is wide to allow your toes to spread out. And it’s in a cool design that doesn’t look like an outdated shoe. The shoe is also breathable and lightweight too.”
Shoppers also say that the Flat Mate is “incredibly comfortable” and feels like “slippers with a supportive sole” that’s great for everyday wear. “Surprisingly after walking around in the city for a few hours on the concrete in the Lululemon Flats, I did not have my typical lower back pain from shoes with minimal heel cushioning,” shared one user.
“I honestly love this shoe. It’s lightweight and comfortable…The sole feels like clouds and outer material feels like you’re wearing nothing. I can’t wait to wear these in the spring on casual days.
