Saatva’s White-Glove Delivery
Good things take time, and that’s the case with Saatva. Each mattress you order will take up to 21 days to be delivered, because each one is “made to order.” Once it is finished and ready, they will bring it to your home and set it up in the room of your choice for no additional cost. In most cases, they’ll remove your old mattress and box spring, too.
Saatva’s Returns and Exchange Policy
Spending this much on a mattress you’ve never really tested is a bit of a leap of faith, but the brand offers a generous 365-night trial period. They suggest giving your mattress a couple of weeks to settle in, but if you don’t like it a few months or up to a year down the road, you can schedule a return or an exchange.
